Coaching is all about people
This is why I believe the WDW initiative is so outstanding. WDW helps coaches understand why they coach and the power that sport has on preparing athletes for success in life.

Most common questions
We typically have one per year in various cities around the country.
The date varies but most often falls in late May to early June.
Coaches of all levels including high school, club, collegiate and professional as well as educators, leaders and anyone who manages people.
We ask questions and let the presenters share their unfiltered answers in a conversational setting. We discuss everything about coaching besides the X’s and O’s. Past topics include character development, priority alignment and behavior management.
Even though most of our contributors are high-level championship coaches, our content relates to any setting in which managing people is a component.
We’re honored to have so many iconic coaches contributing, including Brad Stevens, Billy Donovan, Bob Stoops, Sue Enquist, Sherri Coale, Becky Burleigh, Mike Gundy, Patty Gasso and many more! You can see a full list in our contributors section of our website.
