What did Sherri Coale do with her team last Christmas Break that made all the difference? (Hint: it was the hardest practice they had all year…and…they didn’t touch a basketball. Or, run a sprint.) They sat in a room and figured out ‘how to be real with one another.’

Sherri has figured out a way to capture her players’ honesty. In this interview she provides two strategies that she uses:
